This is a 2nd floor bath so there is no access from the underneath.

I m trying to gauge how much work this sounds like to move the water supply lines before i have a plumber come give me an estimate.
A large wall patch even replacing an entire wall takes only a little more time than a small patch so open plenty of space for working.
Well then you ll just have to take up the floor in the space that you are remodeling.
You ll have the width of the floor joists to work within to over under the lower plate of the wall.

Unlike the water supply lines the drainage system depends on gravity to work efficiently.
The faucet slid through the hole in the quartz and a large nut was spun on the base to tighten it the hot cold water was just a single compression fitting that was threaded on.
Part of the problem may be that the original routing of the drain line may be in the way.
Check around where the refrigerator is placed to see if there is an existing water supply line extending from the wall or up from the floor.
Once you ve opened the vent and drain lines running the supplies which usually run alongside drain waste vent dwv lines will be relatively easy.

If there is a water supply valve already installed behind your fridge simply connect the supply valve to the refrigerator valve with 1 4 inch water line supply tubing.
